Kes Sampanthar, Founder and Dir. of Innovation

Kes' brain doesn't have an off switch. By elementary school, he'd converted his bedroom into an electronics lab and coded his first computer game. No surprise, he studied computer science, artificial intelligence, and parallel computation at Newcastle University in the UK.

Today, Kes is an expert in software/internet architecture, process and methodology, and innovation. Over the last 10 years, Kes has consulted for Target, GE, and Bank of America and has authored and taught workshops on creativity and innovation in business. Constantly reading, learning, and making innovation a part of his every day life keeps him at the cutting edge of everything he does.

Sue Sampanthar, Dir. of Operations

Sue is a mechanical engineer and jack-of-all-trades. She recently retired from her job as a project manager in the wind turbine business to run MetaMemes. From marketing to writing web copy to accounting, Sue does it all. She'll be the one who packs your orders and answers your phone calls.

When Kes and Sue aren't talking business, they enjoy traveling, playing games of all kinds, walking with their dog, reading, and doing the Sunday crossword puzzle.
